Standard registration 100 Euro
Early bird registration 90 Euro – before 15th of December
Late registration 115 Euro – after 15th of March
The fee includes full participation in the Conference (including lectures, seminars, lunch and two coffee/tea breaks).
The registration fee should be paid by invoice. Registration will only be confirmed once the registration fee has been received and cleared. If you wish to participate in the “6th International Nightingale Network Conference” please fill out this registration form:

Registration available from August 2015 until the 25th of March 2016
If you wish to cancel please send an email, with “Conference cancellation” in the subject field, to email@example.com
Any cancellation should be done in writing.
Cancellations before the 15th of January 2016 will receive an 80% refund.
Cancellations from 16th of January until 15th of March will receive an 50% refund.
After this date we will offer no refunds, however it will still be possible to choose another participant to attend in your place.
